We use the information we collect to: • Operate, maintain, and improve the BountyRush platform. • Process tournament registrations, entry fees, and prize payouts. • Match players, generate brackets, and manage league standings. • Enable sponsor campaigns and distribute associated rewards. • Operate the coin system: process purchases, deduct entry fees, and maintain balances. • Manage the Creator Affiliate Program: track referrals, calculate earnings, and process creator payouts. • Send notifications about match schedules, results, and disputes. • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to accounts. • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: • Other Users: Your gamer tag, tournament history, and match results are visible to other participants on the platform. • Sponsors: Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be shared with sponsors to measure campaign performance. BountyRush operates an in-app wallet system (denominated in SAR) for depositing funds, paying entry fees, and receiving prize winnings or sponsor payouts. All deposit transactions are processed by N-Genius (Network International), a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We retain records of wallet transactions for auditing and dispute resolution purposes. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and subject to verification. Coin System: BountyRush operates a virtual coin economy. Coins are purchased in SAR via N-Genius (Network International), stored in your account balance, and spent as tournament entry fees (10 coins = 1 SAR). Coin transaction logs are retained for auditing. Coins have no cash value and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Creator Affiliate Program: If you participate as a creator, we collect and store your referral statistics (clicks, signups, tournament entries), earnings records, and bank account details required for payouts. This data is used solely to calculate and process your revenue share and is not shared with third parties beyond payment processing.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Tournament records, match history, and financial transactions may be retained longer for legal and auditing purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure payment processing through N-Genius (Network International). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
