Terms of Service

By accessing or using BountyRush ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including players, organizers, sponsors, and fans.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BountyRush. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

To access most features of BountyRush, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information. • Keep your login credentials confidential. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All tournament participants agree to compete fairly and in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited: • Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game bugs to gain an unfair advantage. • Submitting false match results or forged screenshots. • Collusion with opponents to manipulate match outcomes. • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other participants. • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or gain unfair advantages. Violations may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent account suspension.

Tournament organizers agree to: • Provide accurate tournament information including rules, dates, and prize structures. • Manage disputes promptly and fairly. • Not cancel tournaments arbitrarily after players have registered and paid entry fees. • Honor the prize distribution model: 70% to winner(s), 15% organizer revenue, 15% platform fee. Organizers who violate these responsibilities may have their tournaments cancelled, revenue withheld, and accounts suspended.

Coin Top-Up & Balance Storage: Users top up their Coin balance via the N-Genius (Network International) payment gateway (SAR). BountyRush holds this balance in an internal digital wallet linked to the user's account. We do not store raw card details; all payment data is handled securely by N-Genius. Deposits: Funds are deposited via the N-Genius payment gateway in Saudi Riyals (SAR). All deposits are subject to N-Genius's terms and applicable payment processing fees. Entry Fees: Entry fees are deducted from your Coin balance upon registration. Refunds are issued if you withdraw before the tournament begins. Prize Distribution: Prizes are distributed automatically and directly by BountyRush — not through any external payment intermediary. Winnings are credited to the winner's internal balance immediately upon result verification. The platform retains 15% as a service fee. Organizers receive 15%. The remaining 70% constitutes the prize pool for winners. Withdrawals: Coin balances cannot be withdrawn or converted to SAR. However, prize winnings and creator earnings (SAR-denominated) can be withdrawn to a registered bank account (IBAN). Withdrawal requests are processed manually within 3–7 business days. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending verification or dispute resolution. No Guarantees: BountyRush does not guarantee prize amounts. Prize pools depend on registrations and sponsor contributions.

BountyRush uses a virtual coin economy to facilitate tournament entry fees. • Purchasing Coins: Users top up their Coin balance in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via N-Genius (Network International). The rate is 10 coins = 1 SAR. Packages are available in the Coin Store. BountyRush retains the Coin balance in an internal wallet on behalf of the user. • Using Coins: Coins are spent to pay tournament entry fees (entry fee in SAR x 10 = coin cost). • No Cash Value: Coins are virtual and cannot be withdrawn, converted to SAR, or transferred between accounts. Only SAR-denominated prize winnings and creator earnings are eligible for bank withdrawal. • No Refunds: Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. • Expiry: BountyRush reserves the right to expire unused balances after 12 months of account inactivity.

BountyRush offers a Creator Affiliate Program allowing approved creators to earn revenue by referring new users. • Eligibility: Any registered user may apply. Applications are approved at BountyRush's sole discretion. • Earnings: When a referred user enters a paid tournament, the creator earns a percentage of BountyRush's 15% platform share. The default share is 30% and may be adjusted by BountyRush. • Attribution: Referral attribution is tracked for 30 days from first click and locked permanently to the creator upon the referred user's signup. • Payouts: Earnings accumulate in a creator balance. Payouts require valid IBAN details and are processed manually within 3-7 business days. • Prohibited: Spam, fake traffic, misleading ads, and self-referral are strictly prohibited and result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid balances. • Program Changes: BountyRush may modify or terminate the program at any time. Earned unpaid balances will be honored for 30 days after termination notice.

Sponsors may create campaigns linked to tournaments. Players and fans who complete sponsor actions (e.g., following a social account or visiting a link) may earn rewards credited to their wallet. BountyRush is not responsible for the content or services of sponsor brands. Sponsor action rewards are subject to campaign budget availability and may be exhausted without notice.

Fans may contribute funds to boost a tournament's prize pool. Fan contributions are non-refundable once submitted. BountyRush does not guarantee any return on fan contributions. Fan contributions are subject to the same 70/15/15 distribution structure.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform. • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users' experience. • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or defamatory content in chats or messages. • Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform. • Circumvent any security or access control measures.

Match disputes must be submitted through the Platform's dispute system. Tournament organizers have final authority over in-tournament disputes. BountyRush may intervene in cases of clear rule violations. Disputes regarding financial transactions must be submitted to support@bountyrush.net within 7 days of the transaction. BountyRush's decisions on financial disputes are final.

All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of BountyRush or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. By submitting content (screenshots, profile images, etc.), you grant BountyRush a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for Platform operations and marketing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BountyRush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to BountyRush in the 12 months preceding the claim.

BountyRush is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of BountyRush after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
